Online Ticket Sales Terms & Conditions


Sugarloaf Mountain Works, Inc. offers online admission tickets as a convenient alternative to purchasing tickets at the gate. Purchasing tickets online requires a credit card. No physical tickets are mailed. Customers may print and present for admission either the ticket page displayed after purchase or the ticket sent by email. Customers may also display purchased tickets on their mobile device. Sorry, tickets may not be purchased in advance of the show by phone. Each adult or child over the age of 12 must present their own unique ticket at the gate.


As online admission tickets are delivered instantly by email, all sales are final except as noted below. Please make your purchase after you have finalized your plans. You may give unwanted tickets purchased online to a friend or coworker; however, tickets may not be altered. The order number and purchaser’s email address must remain on the ticket.

In the event of a duplicate purchase or a purchasing error, please contact us as soon as possible. Duplicate purchases will be refunded to your credit card. All adjustments for errors occurring with online purchases must be in initiated within thirty days of purchase. Any refund request occurring after a show, is subject to verification that the ticket(s) were not redeemed at the gate. In the absence of a duplicate purchase or error, no refunds will be provided.
