Sugarloaf Mountain Works, Inc. does not rent, sell, or share identifying information about you with other people or nonaffiliated companies except to trusted partners who work on behalf of or with Sugarloaf Mountain Works, Inc. Though we make every effort to preserve user privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when required by law wherein we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on our website.

Customers may receive correspondence from Sugarloaf relating to their past ticket purchase or regarding future ticket purchases for events. A continued relationship is at the customer’s discretion and the customer may indicate that they no longer wish to receive notices at any time. Additionally, customers may choose to join the Sugarloaf Club and receive weekly emails. This list is strictly permission-based and customers may unsubscribe from the Sugarloaf Club at any time.


The importance of security for all personally identifiable information associated with our customers is of utmost concern to us. This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control.

Credit card transactions for our online tickets are handled by Stripe. Stripe insures security for these transactions. Sugarloaf does not receive sensitive credit card information associated with these transactions.
