A self-taught artist, Todd Walk began his art career in the early 1990’s after a decade in business management. By 1996, he was showing his work at East Coast art and craft fairs.
Since 2015, Todd has developed his own style of screen printed artwork. He began by creating 3 to 4 color prints. Once he mastered that process, he continued innovating and evolving his artistic techniques, often combining 10 to 20 layers of paint in a single work. In addition to the screens, he applies paint with palette knives, sponges, rollers, brushes and screens.
His large paintings are splendid amalgams of rich textures and combinations of paint and ink.
