Mia Tyson designs and handcrafts fine women’s apparel using only the best quality fabrics and locally sourced labor. Her company provides elegant, artistic coats, vests, capes, shirts and scarves for women of all shapes and sizes.
Mia originally trained as a ceramist. As an apparel designer, she continues to explore similar patterns of movement and line drawings in her work.
Her design philosophy took shape while watching her grandmother, who was a highly skilled self-taught seamstress. She admired her grandmother’s commitment to making the finest garments possible on limited means. Today she strives to make sustainably crafted clothing at affordable prices.
