Anita’s Biscottis offers over 30 flavors of biscotti using a traditional biscotti recipe with real butter, eggs, chocolate, dried fruits and flavorings. The are constantly inventing new flavors like Salted Caramel Chocolate Pretzel, Asian Pear and Lavender Vanilla.
Their biscotti are available in full sized pieces and mini servings. Each one is wrapped in cellophane giving them a shelf life up to 6 months.
Anita ran a home-based pastry business until a small cafe asked her to make biscotti as a special order for them. She loved her it so much that she made biscotti the centerpiece of her business. Today they’re one of the largest biscotti retailers around. She and her team work out of their home base in Sinking Spring, PA.
