After a decade running a family food business, Carol Nastasi and Dennis Hart wanted to apply their knowledge of fine food and experience in the industry to create interesting new wine products.
Their son, Anthony, is gradually assuming responsibility for running the company as Dennis and Carol have one eye on retirement.
The recipe for each of their Wine Frappes begins by combining up to five flavors of dried fruit with a base of cane sugar. They adjust the quantities to perfect the flavor before mixing it with wine and freezing. Then the wine slushy sampling parties begin!
Their wine frappes are certified gluten-free, USDA organic and non-GMO. Each mix is hand wrapped and labeled for sale.
