Like countless pastry chefs before her, Shanel Gibson got her start in the world of baking at a young age. Equipped with an Easy Bake Oven as a little girl, followed by a KitchenAid mixer a few years later, she was well prepared to follow her passions.
She savors many childhood memories of her aunts and grandmother mixing up a storm of homemade treats. To this day, she is most content when baking and loves making other people happy with her sweet confections.
