Milly’s Raw Salad Dressings are the house dressings served at Sherwood Inn Restaurant in the foothills of the Western Sierra Mountains of Nevada.
The restaurant grows dozens of their organic herbs and veggies for use in their recipes. So when the staff realized one of their customers harvested 95 kinds of organic peaches, plums, apricots and nectarines, they knew they had the ingredients for some truly unique and exceptional homemade dressings.
Diners at the Sherwood Inn were so delighted with these dressings, they began ordering them by the bottle.
