Lee Correll started making magic wands for his daughter’s wizard-themed birthday party. Outfitted with a new lathe and a variety of wood species, he made a completely unique wand for each child at the party.
He uses dozens of domestic and imported wood species including maple, walnut, fir, oak and hickory as well as some very rare woods like American Chestnut, Pink Ivory and Snakewood.
Lee’s wands are 100% low tech - no paints, lights, batteries or chips are used. They’re treasured by imaginative children, theatrical temperaments and magicians of all abilities.
Each wand comes in its own case with a profile of the type and source of wood used.
